1. By participating in the Lucky Draw, all participants agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions.
2. The entry period is from now to 13 September 2021. Purchasing of 4 cake redemption coupons (in one single order) at Deli-Delight  Coffee Shop within the applicable consumption period will be entitled to one entry of lucky draw to win a “Deli-Delight Mini Mooncake Meal Cart Gift Set” which worth HK$688. 
3. Lucky draw dates and times are as follows:
   • 6 September 2021 13:30 p.m.
   • 13 September 2021 13:30 p.m.
4. Patrons can join the lucky draw without limited times but each participant can only win one prize.  If patrons win in any round of the lucky draw, that entry of lucky draw will not be eligible for any subsequent round (if any). If patrons do not win in any round of the lucky draw, that entry of the lucky draw will be eligible for subsequent round (if any) automatically. The deadline of entry of the lucky draw is at 13:00 p.m. on the lucky draw day. For example, the deadline of entry of the first round of lucky draw is 6 September 2021 13:00 p.m.
5. The lucky draw is available to CX staff members only except CPCS staff. After each draw, Deli-Delight Coffee Shop staff will contact the winner for collection by the phone and email registered  within 3 working days. Original tickets stub is required to be presented; staff no. of the winner will be checked.
6. The result will be announced on 17 September 2021 at www.deli-delight.com, Sing Tao Daily and The Standard.
7. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items under any circumstances.
8. Deli-Delight has the right to reject patrons from entering the lucky draw if the patron fails to comply with the terms and conditions. 
9. Staff of Cathay Pacific Catering Services are not eligible to this lucky draw.
10. Data collected from the Eligible Participants during registration will only be used for all purposes relating to the Lucky Draw.
11. Information (including personal data) collected during the Lucky Draw campaign may be disclosed and transferred to the data processor or other agents of Organiser who are engaged in relation to the conducting or monitoring of the Lucky Draw for such purpose and on a need-to-know basis only, without the relevant participant's prior consent. Such information will be properly stored and encrypted and will be destroyed 45 days after the campaign ends.
12. If there is discrepancy between the English and Chinese version of this Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
13. In case of disputes, the decision of Cathay Pacific Catering Services (HK) Ltd shall be final.
