Deli-Delight USDA Prime Dry Aged Striploin - 21 Days (~230g/340g)

Use
USDA graded highest quality prime steak
Prepare in our own dry aging room under well-controlled conditions: 0°C - 3°C and 75% - 80% relative humidity
No additional hormones or growth factors

Satisfying savouriness
Succulent texture with fine beef muscles
For the best result:

Remove packing and let steak set in room temperature for 10 to 15 mins
Season your steak with generous amount of salt and pepper
Preheat your pan and add olive oil
Pan-sear the fat side of your steak for 1 min to develop nice crust
Add 25 gram of unsalted butter and sprig of fresh thyme for 1 min
Rest the steak after cooking for 7 to 10 mins which allows the meat juice to redistribute
